Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days
  • Alexandria: 3-5 business days
  • Other Major Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-8 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring safe delivery of your products.

Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order
  • Online Payment: Secure payment through our checkout & Instapay via Whatsapp.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name
  • Street address and building number
  • Area/District
  • City and Governorate
  • Phone number (preferably WhatsApp)
  • Landmarks or special instructions if needed

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt to contact you. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track its status by contacting us via WhatsApp with your order number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We are working to expand our delivery coverage in the future.
